When submitting a link in the header there is a default message

* Submit your link only once.
* All link information are posted pending verification.
* Username and IP are recorded, so please don't abuse the system.
* We will take a screen shot of your website and it may take several days for your website link to be added to our database.


I would like to mod this to meet my needs and to be a little more specific

I think I have looked thru just about every file but I keep missing it I guess.

Can anyone tell me what files need to be edited in order to change the info above?

define("_WLS_ALLPENDING","Submittion of link is registrated temporary, and is published after the verification by the staff.
It approves that such a case may have time to publish link information.");
