Pls Help !!!!
if i try login -

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 11388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 128 bytes) in /home/mysite/www/modules/phpads/admin/lib-gui.inc.php on line 228

I had the same problem when I log into PHPADSNEW.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/modules/phpads/admin/lib-gui.inc.php on line 250

So I went to the phpadsnew.com web site and downloaded the latest version of phpadsnew 2.0.7.

Then I uploaded the lib-gui.inc.php from the latest version and I could log in without problems.

Immediately the software recommended me to upgrade to the latest version, but the problem was solved.

Can you tell us which version of PHPAds and XOOPS you're using?
