Changing horizontal navigation links

Where do I change what words and links are displayed in the horizontal menu in themes such as the one shown at http://art-nomad.net/ .

I edited the theme.html but it didnt seem to do anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Clear out the templates_c folder, or go into admin preferences general settings and set Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory to yes. Then refresh the page you are trying to change.
