Need to upgrade to Version 2.0.13 from 2.0.10 files where?

I need to upgrade to Version 2.0.13 from my current version 2.0.10.

I couldn't find where to get those patches files. I found only upgrade patches from Version 2.0.12a to 2.0.13.

Am I missing those of Version 2.0.11, 2.0.12 and 2.013?

Please help me find where do I get those patches files to upgrade. My current version is 2.0.10 R2.

apply the patch 2.0.10 to 2.0.12a
then to 2.0.13

Thanks for replying. But my problem also is where to get patch files to apply from 2.0.10 to 2.0.12a? I can only find patch for 2.0.12a to 2.0.13... please help me more!
