adding News sends me to cpan.org

Like my subject said, if I try to add a news item, it sends me to cpan.org without posting my news.

Whether I'm in administration, or from the site.

My system:
Linux
php 4.3.4

Any ideas?

Posting news still does not work from Admin.

There are two different files named storyform.inc.php. One in /include, and one in /admin.

I fixed the one in include, which allowed me to post articles from the site. But if you preview it or save it in Admin, it still goes to cpan.org.
