Ventrilo module not working

my ventrilo module dose not work we have the ventrilo_status application in the right location and placed the right path name in Administrator Preferences.
but on the module it states Quote:
Error occurred while requesting server info: Unable to locate ventrilo_status application. Set Ventrilo Status Path in the Administrator Preferences.

we would like it is we can get it working
