I was wondering if this is possible.
I want to use my Vbulletin 3 members and forum instead of the one that is built in.

I doubt it, as VB is a commercial program.

In fact, if you use the search (top right) you'll see that this has been asked before.

However - visiting http://www.bbpixel.com will give you a couple of options in the form of a patch to use either PHPBB or Invision - which are pretty good alternatives.
