I know that zone alarm and norton needs to be configured appropriately to work with xoops. But it is fustrating for users to reguire such setting especially if they are not so computer savvy. I have found many visitors just give up thinking it is a problem with the site. Is there a way to hack the core, to avoid this so that it does not require indivdual to change their settings or get frustrated and never come back to the site again.

Love xoops, but this seems to turn off a lot of the users. So any help would be appreciated here.
