For those unaware there is a new version of prochatrooms for XOOPS sponsored by the Communication Research Institute in melbourne, if they haven't mounted it yet you will be able to get it from Jeff in their support department this is version 7.13 based on there latest copy of prochatrooms.
I have also converted it with the webcams plugin as well as the file sharing options, so you will be able to get this also from there support department. IF you would like to play with it there is a fully functioning copy including once you enable it the webcam chat options onhttp://xoops.demo.chronolabs.coop
Remember to upgrade once after installing, I will release 2.6 version once XOOPS 2.6 is finalised in A3 before it is release to beta.
