Phoenix Theme (Wishtera v2)

In the first version of Wishtera some errors were left and some serious bugs ruined the theme, but I've solved these now... (some graphics of theme_zenlike were still left)
I've renamed the theme to Phoenix to show the difference, and soon I'll release a blue based- theme of Phoenix, called Lagoon...

If you have already uploaded Wishtera, just overwrite all the existing files with the ones in this new release!
