OK, the new xoopsmembers has very good search funktion, but If you miss the RC2 Members List in XOOPS RC3, you can have it
Modification:
XOOPS RC 2.0.2 modules/memberslist/index.php to XOOPS RC 3.0.3 modules/xoopsmembers/all.php

No installation needed, only copy one file in the folder modules/xoopsmembers (all.php) - language in english and german
