www.Sterlingdesign.info is a tutorial site for learning to work with Dreamweaver MX to create php/mysql sites, as well as learning to use Dreamweaver's features to create sites using css.

The site is designed using css and has fluid design. Some of the design is from a theme I came accross on Xoops.
