IT Headquarters Releases Two New Themes

|  With the creation of my new theme for my www.it-hq.org site I have decided to make my old theme available for download for the general Xoops public. I have made this theme available in both a full screen and a 759 pixel wide fixed width version (to accomodate 800 x 600 screen resolutions), and both themes contain W3C valid CSS as indicated by the W3C CSS logo at the base of the theme.
I created this theme with performance being my highest priority, so you'll probably find them to be among the fastest loading, 3 column, table based themes available for Xoops. I worked hard to keep HTTP requests to an absolute minimum, and also worked hard at keeping graphic content to a minimum with the theme itself only uses 3 images (logo, block title bar and W3C CSS logo). Anyway, I hope you enjoy them, and I plan to release them in different color schemes as time goes on.
