Another FrontPage Site goes to Xoops!

The theme I used for this site is a modified variant of the silver theme available on my eirenicon site.
Please stop by and take a look at the new PEP site and let me know what you think of it and also if you have any troubles with it (btw. I have noticed an erratic issue with Firefox's handling of html column widths which seems to be a browser cache related issue... perhaps one of you can help identify and solve the problem.  )
