that XooPS Danmark has more than 100 Themes!.
Ready for you all verifyied and check to run perfect whit RC3.

Cool! I see you took up your courage to wade through the themes and fix those broken images that are affecting like 5% of the themes on themecentral

It was a simpel human error like adding the .zip at the end off the name.

Why schould i ? Cant you se i must be the nearest to a XooPS Themecentral you will ever come.

Neon has startet a Module support more ore less Official.
Well Now i And my XTheme have startet a Theme central whit XOOPS Themes Running on XooPS.
You can try every one of the themes out can you do that on the official Supported Themecentral.
Nope becuse it running on Postnuke!.

There is my first and only theme on taht website oblazyspace, I want to say that they have v1.0 version and v2.0 because she is in test on my website (stay on a link to see ...)

There is a bug with oblazyspace's theme on their website because We can't register strange, that nevers happened on my website

I got it all including the clas files etc.

My only reel problem is that i have to adjust the mainfile.php a whole lot.
(there is a doc file but it are in a langue in dont understand on word off.)

I havent triede it yet but maybee do it on a test beed sometime in this week,Just to be sure dont make trouble whit a working site.

I think smarty would make things more easy in XOOPS some way.

But i also like to be a litle a head the heard thats why i playing around whit it to learn more.

No no it not a bug in your theme on the site.

It is not posible to register whit any theme.
It is a bug in the theme previwer.
Proff is if you only make it aviable to registeret users.
Then a anonyom user can register.

But if do so it kills the major idea that dont have to register to download.

I have made a notice on the frontpage off that.

I will take a look in to whats wrong ASAP.

Euh what bug in the preview module ?
btw if ya like, i can add a lil hack to the preview box/mydownloads which adds something like (download this theme) and sends to singlefile.php if ya like

The bug is wierd if you have the preview i left block
then it not posible to register if anonym have acces to it.
If only registeret then anonym can register.

But if you move it to center block the it work perfect!!

Anonym can register whit no prob!! also with acces to preview block.

Tho there would be 1 requirement since themes use names & not id's ...is to have the EXACT name in the name colum of the theme in the downloads section.

DL name = folder name

Like this it be possible to write some quick PHP to make a "download" button which loads singlefile.php & it would also be possible to make the images shown in downloads to work the same as the theme preview box

Yes much work todo,but can be done.
To me it also include snapshots because here they are named as the zip file.

I would consider in the same worktrough to rename all files to the namestandard
(t_xoops1.0-rc3_themename-v1.0.zip).

If i have to rename 99.9% off the names i just as well can rename all the files the same time

Sorry Half Dead - there are no broken images or downloads in the XOOPS section at themecentral.com. I have checked all the submissions in the thumbnail mode and the detail view. All download-links have been verified and are working.

Pls tell me where you found those "5%" not working images.

Serious: I think you're talking about modcentral en broken zips and Half-Dead - I think - is talking about the content of the zip, broken files in the theme.php / themenew.php file itself

axel, it's not the images on TC, it's the images "inside" the themes. Click on my WWW below n cycle through my theme preview button n you'll see what i mean ...off head i only remember amigoz right now.

As for the DL now button. At least something would need to port the same name in the db as the names listed in the preview box ..yes it could be the name of the images or the name of the dl itself.

The sql simply needs to find the dl_ID in the db in function of the name in the preview box

Hi...

Farsus... I've been trying to access your site all night long, and it never loads in. I'm using IE 6, and located in CO, USA. It always times out, and my time out setting is extremely high.

axxxcel... The Fullview popup for the XoopsItalia theme is a blank page. Great site overall... A little slow on my 640K DSL connection, though.

True, this is a suggestion i made a while back, cause XOOPS doesn't currently have a file naming convention at all.

Now is later lets get a file naming convention becuse as fore now many have startet to use that you suggested.

The standard file name convention that HD has come up with "works", I use it and I find that it makes finding files of each type ezy to sort out.
Like any filing system, it takes a bit of time to get it sorted at the start but when done everyone knows what each file does without even opening the zips etc. m_xoops... = Module, t_xoops... = Themes and so on.
ModsCentral is sticking with it

Well the prob is that some guy wrote ono saying he works in a linux distri and that this way sucks for them.

So now it be nice to have some feedback from you guys, and maybe a final standpoint or official announcement from the other devs so we can get over this filenaming fuss.

in that case id suggest a capital letter for the "type", and all the rest lowercase so its easy to distinguish?

I like the last one better actually, like this all things of a same module would be also grouped together

Hum ?

'N instead of using just rc3, might be better to use 300, 302, 310, etc? Mainly for visibility since it doesnt push the names around, and also with some versions there are some pretty big changes n incompatibilities.

The naming convention as it stands is good for me, I can find what I want at a glance coz if you organise your sub directories in the right way everything falls into place.
