Themes: Vitamin C Version 2

Vitamin C is a admin theme for 2.2.x It's actually 2 parts: one part theme and another module. Download from kaotik.biz Read on for more info.

Version 2 of Vitamin C uses a diferent aproach for content organization. It groups all relevant options for a module in a unique block, in other words it will group the module preferences, blocks, group permissions and module admin options.
In order to acheive this I hacked the excelent module done by gijoe called blocksadmin into vitamin C.
