I ran across a script that creates a random "conspiracy" quote at Steve Jackson Games. It basically creates a random sentence in the form of [subject][action][object] pulling that data from three tables. They used it as a random saying in their header. It would be fun to extend this into a full-fledged mad-libs or fill-in-the-blank script.
Another random generator that would be great to see Xoopsified is the name generator on squid.com. The webmaster there sent me his php code sometime ago if you'd like to play with it. Here is what it looks like in action:http://www.squid.org/tools/random/index.php
