This script will pull the XOOPS CMS file into your server by using backbone connection, server to server with fast connection.

This is for new install and reinstall of Xoops. As well you don't need it if your server is beside you.
It's for remote users to use it, someone who has a server far from home.

You don't need to download to your PC and upload it to your server.

Very nice piece of work. I tested it on my local server and it went smoothly. I then tryed on my remote host server and got many errors. This was simple to fix, however. The server didn't like the script using "chmod 0777", changed to "0775" and no more errors. This is default for this server.

Very nice piece of work! The only problem is that all the files are then owned by the webserver-user, so they can't be deleted or overwritten by FTP. I wanted to use different icons so I had to CHOWN everything by SSH to overwrite the files, but I guess that can't be helped. Would work nicely with a web-based File-Manager tho.
