Themes: xGreen - A New theme with Load meter

Hello,

I created a theme on the basis of x2t theme, or i should say just modified x2t a bit to get a new look. I hope you would like it.

Added a feature called "Loading", until the site gets loaded a loading image will be seen showing that site is loading.

Please feel free to use it and do let me know your views.

This theme works correctly with x2t template.

Note: This is my first theme, there can be few bugs in here and there. Though i have not noticed any as such.
