Note:

missing files on transifex (to translate manually, with english files as model):
- help/help.html
- mail_template/info_change.html
- templates/basic.html
- templates/xoops.html

The .html files that I don't send on Transifex are those that have Xoops code inside the html code. This creates breaks in the code when we download the file from the website Transifex. Therefore, we need translators take these files in English as a model and then translated it manually.
