Ladies/Gentlemen:

A certain recent disgruntled forum member describing himself as the last of the old XOOPsers has just left a love letter in my inbox. This persons name is being omitted to protect his identity. The individual appears to be locked in an unhealthy obsession with Mamba and his band of sycophant yes men all of whom in his opinion share the common distinction of being idiots. This is regarded and dismissed as nothing more than his unsupported opinion, and all of us idiots would do well to ignore any messages showing up in your PM, or possibly those of new accounts he may attempt to create past this point using a proxy.

It is a testament to Mambas temperance that he has not yet banned the individual.

We don't like to ban people here, unless there is a clear intent to harm XOOPS.

Sometimes people just have a bad day, and then they turn around, calm down, and things are good again.

But if there is a repeat pattern of violating our "Terms of Use" or the XOOPSiquette , then we give first a warning, then ban them for three months, and if that doesn't help, then we ban them permanently.

This particular individual has been warned before, so now he has been banned for three months. After that it will be up to him.

We do respect disagreements and different opinions, but they have to be expressed with respect for each other, and without personal attacks.

XOOPSiquette?? hehe

Unfortunatly, the prize goes to Culex discovery of a new term, wherein it was found that more than one XOOPsers on the same research track could exhibit independent synchronicity or awareness of what the other side is doing, or is about to release an update without any formal communication.

Sort of like the way quantum states can mimic and follow precisely on one side of the universe what is going on at the other side of the universe, without delay imposed by the limitation of the speed of light, and without any apparent communications medium.

He termed this phenomenon:
XOOPS-o-Kinesis

If the list gets any larger were going to need a glossary or maybe even a XOOPSionary!
