I cant get any images to load that I upload to the image manager. I click on the image and the JQuery won't load it and I even put the image path (http://mywebsite.com/uploads/images/img51b9fc770a70f.jpg) directly into the browser and get this error message.

I googled this error and tried several .htaccess scripts but nothing works. And I double-checked all the CHMOD permissions for the image directories and they are also correct.
Am I missing a permission somewhere?
