When you edit a block settinge exmpl. how many pictures has to be dislayed e.g. it says succesfully saved but when you go back to the block settings everyting is still the same nothings is changed

The blocks of system module can not be saved, either.

only OPTIONS are not saved. block type, weight, visible, visible in, title, content, cache, and groups work...
