Can't edit my forums on my site

I've noticed that I can't edit my permissions on my forum recently, I want to only allow registered users to submit posts and need to change them all and keep getting a blank page when I try and click 'Edit'.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Enable PHPDebug and see if you gets any errors/warnings for the blank page
