Like the title says, why doesn't uppercase bbcode work and lowercase does? Is there any way I can fix this? I'm using newbb.

Hi, I have a spam section on my forum and I would like to make it so when posting on this forum the posts do not count towards your post count.
Is there any way of doing this or am I stuck?

Edit: Also, is there a way to choose more then one moderator for a forum? It only lets me choose one.
or more then one if the names are close to eachother on the list.
