Likewise does it surprise me, why News or wfsection contributions are not counted as Posts contributions!? Is there an attitude possibility there somewhere?

the username reads: testuser
its ID is: 000
I would like instead of

userinfo.php?uid=testuser (With the uname no uid)

charcters not displaying correctly in ISO-8859-2 but only in MS-Explorer, in Mozilla is ok.
My text editor (QuantaGold) allow to save text files with ISO-8859-2 encoding and i have modified global.php like this:
define('_CHARSET', 'ISO-8859-2');
define('_LANGCODE', 'sl');
xoops displays sth like [](only closer together) instead of š?
Can someone please help?
