I have created a small theme framework (bleekk_fw).

you have to add in your style.css padding for the images, like:
img{padding: 10px; }
you should also change the line-height and maybe the padding for links, li and code

you can use this module anyway. create a menu, go to block admin and there you have the multimenu blocks

your tabs are working there is nothing wrong with it. they have to change their style one after another. look at the startpage of xoops.org and you will see the tabs are changing too
