Quote:

Since I upgraded the Xoops site to 2.4.3 the RSS module RSSFit stopped working.

First, please make sure that you have a minimum PHP 5.3.7 version, and then please install XOOPS 2.5.6.

XOOPS 2.4.3 is old, outdated, and not supported anymore.

Once you update to XOOPS 2.5.6, please let us know if you still have problems, and then it will be easier for us to help you.

Thanks for the reporting.

What would be interesting to know is if the problems still exist in XOOPS 2.5.6, and if yes, how did he fixed the issue in XOOPS 2.4.3, so we can see if we can apply his fix in the next version of XOOPS.

Xoops 2.5.5 is stabled from more than one year ago so you must be able to install/upgrade.

maybe your xampp use php 5.4 then it is better to try xoops 2.5.6
but anyway xoops 2.5.5 could be installed in php 5.4 with some warnings and notices.
