Thank you very much for the translation, but it would be better if you would submit it to the XOOPS Languages:

https://github.com/XoopsLanguages/french

and add it to the /modules folder there.

Merci!

File repository - Maintenance::xoops modules in sourceforge.net
You should be able to upgrade XOOPS to 2.5.9 - just follow the instructions here:
https://xoops.gitbook.io/xoops-2-5-9-install-upgrade/

But you'll also need to update your modules.

Quote:

katyperry223 wrote:
I suggest you try Android File Recovery. This tool works efficiently to recover files from SD card. Before performing data recovery, you should remember not write anything else to the USB flash drive, or the new data will overwrite the deleted files and make them unrecoverable.

I downloaded this program and it works fine. All my formatted data was back including photos and videos.

File repository - Maintenance::HELP with user registration.
This should not happen, if you properly transferred the XOOPS installation to another host.

How did you do it? What did you change?

For the time being, till it is resolved, go to:

/modules/system/admin.php?fct=preferences&op=show&confcat_id=2

and set "Allow new user registration?" to No

Now to a root-cause possibilities:

1) It's possible that you've changed the "Registered Users Group" and gave them access to the System Admin Rights

2) It's possible that you've changed in the mainfile.php the designation of each group, which normally should be:

define('XOOPS_GROUP_ADMIN', '1');
define('XOOPS_GROUP_USERS', '2');
define('XOOPS_GROUP_ANONYMOUS', '3');

E.g., if right now it is:

define('XOOPS_GROUP_USERS', '1');

then switch it back to

define('XOOPS_GROUP_USERS', '2');

Nice one pal, thanks for the info!!
