MyAlbum-P upgrade wont show index of admin console

I have upgraded to version 3.0.7 rc4 , its the latest version I can find. Everything seems to be working and diplaying fine, just not the admin home pages for the myalbum0 and myalbum1 installs the myalbum is working fine.

chronolabs seems to be hosting the uploads but is not working.

any help
