What is the scope of development projects?

The main idea of having dev.xoops.org is to produce high quality modules for XOOPS.

An ideal module fulfils the majority of the following requirements:

   a) It is unique, there are not similar modules released already
   b) It does not require changes to core files
   c) It uses core functionality wherever possible
   d) It uses templates for sepearating presentation logic from application logic
   e) It uses classes or functions for separating processing logic from database logic
