From XOOPS Web Application System

The Open Source Software Forum at 2007 Software Innovation Summit Beijing was originally initiated by XOOPS China Community and finally turned to be a section of a conference hosted by some governmental organizations.

The Forum was held on March 27th, 2007. Guest speakers including:

• Christophe Bisciglia, senior engineer at Google;
• Jim Grisanzio, Sun Microsystems, Community Manager, OpenSolaris Engineering;
• Taiwen Jiang, lead developer on the XOOPS project;
• Mike Olson, VP at Oracle and former CEO of SleepyCat Software;
• Mikko Puhakka, founder of Open Tuesday in Finland;
• Calvin Sun, software development manager at MySQL.
• Nat Torkington, O'Reilly Radar and Program Chair of OSCON;
• Stephen Walli, consultant on Open Source software and standards
